We want you to be completely satisfied with your Venroy purchase and offer a 21-day window for returns or exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Label and Post
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
